Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership and manage a customer service team in an operation that runs around the clock, all year round? On behalf of our client, Clevry is now looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Lead for an exciting full-time consulting assignment. The assignment is initially for 12 months with good opportunities for extension.

About the assignment

In the role of Customer Service Team Lead, you will have overall responsibility for a team within customer service and alarm center (24/7 operation). You will lead, coach, and develop the employees while ensuring that daily operations run efficiently and with high quality.

You will serve as an important bridge between operational activities and management, translating goals, guidelines, and strategies into concrete working methods in everyday life. The focus is on creating structure, engagement, and good results – while contributing to a sustainable and pleasant work environment.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Leadership and team development: Support, motivate, and coach the team in their daily work
  • Goals and follow-up: Ensure that the team delivers according to set goals within service, quality, and efficiency
  • Operational management: Responsible for staffing, scheduling, follow-up of cases, and control of equipment and routines
  • Communication: Be a clear point of contact between the team and management
  • Work culture: Contribute to an open, inclusive, and collaborative climate
  • Development and improvement: Actively work with feedback, skills development, and process improvement
  • Participate in case handling and calls when necessary

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a confident and engaged leader with the ability to create structure, participation, and results. You thrive in a role where you combine a strategic perspective with operational responsibility.

We see that you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a team-leading role, preferably within customer service, support, or another service-intensive business
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with various functions
  • A present, inclusive, and coaching leadership style
  • The ability to manage change and drive improvement work
  • A humble attitude and willingness to support daily operations when needed

About the assignment via Clevry

  • Consulting assignment at 100%
  • Initial assignment length: 12 months, with the possibility of extension
  • Work will take place on-site at the client's premises in Kista (no hybrid)
  • Access to parking and gym in the building
