Description

We are now looking for a coordinator for the care and nursing home Solhaga! Do you want to be our new colleague whose task is to support the operations within production planning with property issues and staffing? Apply today!

Solhaga is a care and nursing home located in Kode, about 10 minutes from central Kungälv. The residence consists of approximately 70 apartments distributed across different departments within dementia and somatics. The operations aim to provide support so that the elderly experience well-being according to the national value base of elderly care.

Each coordinator has primary responsibility for their area but can replace and cover for each other as needed, and together we work for the whole.

Responsibilities

In the role of coordinator with property responsibility, you will be a key person who ensures that the operations run smoothly every day. You will work on adjusting and updating completed schedules and work in the Personec system where you register absences and approve entries. You will have primary responsibility for the intervention planning that makes a difference for our residents. Documentation takes place in Treserva, and you will handle orders via Procedo to ensure that everything needed is in place.

You will also be the one who keeps track of property issues and ensures that everything works as it should and is responsible for the alarm system so that safety is always high. You will introduce new employees and students in a welcoming manner, handle keys via Swedlook, and be the one who meets visitors and creates a positive contact with relatives. In short – you are the hub that holds everything together and ensures that both employees and residents have the best possible experience.

The role also includes short-term recruitment, where you ensure staffing during absences, match the right competencies, and follow up on bookings. You have a central role in creating continuity through close collaboration with managers and substitutes.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Experience working as a coordinator, planner, or administrator within elderly care.
- High school diploma.
- Interest in staffing economics and knowledge of working time regulations, occupational safety issues, and labor law are prerequisites for fulfilling the assignment.

Meritorious:
- Experience in scheduling.
- Experience working with intervention planning.
- Driver's license.

Experience with system tools such as Personec, TES, Time Care Pool, and Time Care Planning is meritorious. KY/YH education in personnel and payroll administration is also meritorious, equivalent to post-secondary education deemed equivalent by the employer.

The work requires that you are structured and solution-focused, that you can prioritize your tasks during busy periods and remain calm even in stressful situations. You see opportunities in complex situations and have an easy time solving problems. You understand the importance of good communication to achieve results in your work.

In this position, you will work 40 hours/week Monday-Friday with placement out in the operations. Flex agreements are available.

We expect you to have good computer skills. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
