About the Position

We at Olivia Personal Assistance are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant as a substitute when needed for our client in Oskarshamn.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:30 AM - 09:30 AM (24-hour shift with 5 hours of waiting time/on-call where double assistance applies throughout the day)

About the Client

The client is a man in his 30s who enjoys engaging in various activities such as swimming or going for walks. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has severe autism and epilepsy.

The tasks include the following:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Supporting mobility outdoors

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged, as great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Non-smoker
• Driving license B

Merits:

• Previous experience with autism or epilepsy
• Care experience or equivalent

Employment Rate: Substitute when needed.

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
