I am a 36-year-old woman seeking a personal assistant. I have autism and epilepsy and require support and assistance to plan and organize my daily life.

This position is for someone who enjoys challenges and sees potential in every individual. You must be calm, patient, and attentive, and you should have a good ability to interpret moods and signals, as well as correct my behavior if necessary. You should be able to think and carry out tasks/activities independently while focusing on my needs, which must always be the priority. You should be active and enjoy coming up with activities. You should also be able to cook from scratch, as good nutrition is important.

I live between Virserum and Målilla, so having a driver's license is a significant advantage. My interests include being outdoors and hiking in nature, painting mandalas, playing games (especially Ludo and memory), swimming, and doing my daily exercises (ABA).

You are empathetic and responsive to the needs of others and can work professionally with me, other assistants, and my family members. You must be able to take initiative, be social, cheerful, and consistent in your approach. It is your commitment to your work that will help you build a long-term relationship. It is also important that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and it is a significant advantage if you speak basic German.

I am looking for someone who has a long-term perspective on employment, as I form attachments to people. Since the position involves sensitive personal matters, we primarily seek women for this role. Personal suitability is of great importance. I am primarily looking for part-time individuals, and the introduction will take place over an extended period with me, during which you will become well-acquainted with my routines and daily life before the introduction is complete. Previous experience as a personal assistant, as well as familiarity and knowledge of autism and epilepsy, is advantageous.

The position is part-time, approximately 28 hours per week, including an on-call night shift.
