Our staff group needs to grow as our 17-year-old boy has received an extended assistance decision.

We are now looking for an engaged and positive assistant for a teenager living in Staffanstorp outside Lund.

The boy has a developmental disability, CP, and epilepsy. He is wheelchair-bound and needs help around the clock. He enjoys walks, animals and nature, movies, and music.

The work is varied and involves everything from hygiene and care, transfers, educational and motor training, medication, feeding, play and fun, communication, and being the link in meetings with others. The job involves lifting, so you need to be in good physical shape.

On good days, the boy wants to be active, and it is your job to ensure he gets the most out of his day. On worse days, you need to be a safe and caring person.

The boy wishes for his new assistant to be a good friend. Humor is also a valued trait! You must be smoke-free.

The work shifts are scheduled for daytime with double assistance, evenings, and active night shifts.

The position is 80-100%.

We have permission from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) and have a collective agreement with KFO.
