Assistant for 55-Year-Old Woman with ALS

We are looking for dedicated and flexible assistants for a 55-year-old, lively, and very friendly woman who has been diagnosed with ALS. In this position, you will be an important part of her daily life, assisting her with her needs while contributing to her independence. The position is hourly with the possibility of work during the absence of regular assistants. There is a possibility of permanent employment if the personal chemistry and collaboration work well between you and the client.

The working hours are fixed for each shift and require flexibility and availability at these times. You will work closely with an active and positive person who values her independence. The role is varied and meaningful, where your contribution makes a significant difference in someone else's daily life. It is important to be attentive, empathetic, and able to step back when the situation requires it.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in personal assistance is an advantage
• Previous experience working with ventilators, ceiling lifts, and power wheelchairs is beneficial
• Personal chemistry and the willingness to create a safe and positive environment for the client and her family are of utmost importance
• Ability to communicate in Serbian-Croatian is an advantage
