Work with Care - Become a Personal Assistant in Skurup

We are now looking for hourly substitutes and summer substitutes for an assignment in Skurup, with the possibility of a fixed schedule.

The assignment involves working as a personal assistant to a boy with special needs and providing support and assistance in all daily tasks. The job requires you to be attentive and engaged with your client as their well-being can change rapidly.

We prefer that you have previous experience as a personal assistant but also a willingness to develop in your professional role. Experience with autism, epilepsy, and challenging behavior is an advantage.

In this workgroup, honesty, responsibility, and clear communication are very important. You have great freedom in your work, but also a significant responsibility to use it in a way that always focuses on the client's needs and wishes.

Working Hours

• The working hours are primarily scheduled for evenings, nights, and weekends. 

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we would like you to: 

• Have experience with any or all of the following: autism, epilepsy, and challenging behavior.
• Have experience in the profession as a personal assistant.
• Be attentive, engaged, and confident in your work.
