Personal Assistant Wanted

We are now looking for a team member for a 75% position scheduled for day/afternoon/weekend shifts who can also take staffing responsibility within the group. You should be calm and secure as a person. Engagement, attentiveness, and respectfulness are qualities that are self-evident to you.

You will work both independently and in a group. We prefer that you have prior experience in staffing. We are looking for someone who can see the whole picture in the workgroup, organize, plan, and be a support for the team leader. Flexibility is required for the role.

Our client is a young woman, and you will be there as her support in daily life, helping her with communication as well as development and stimulation. Since the client does not have her own speech, you as a personal assistant should feel comfortable interpreting, speaking, and creating interaction in daily life.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are explicitly looking for a woman for this position, as requested by the client. Your tasks will include assistance with training, activities, daily living, and hygiene. You should be physically fit; there are no direct lifts, but the client needs help with transfers and walking training.

We are primarily looking for the right person - someone who can be personal while also acting professionally. Your contribution will be appreciated, and you will be part of a cheerful and wonderful team.

Introduction and training will be provided on-site, as well as access to FMF Assistans training program and wellness benefits.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with autism and epilepsy.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Experience in care and support work.
• Must be able to swim.
• Non-smoker.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Immediate start.
• Day/afternoon/weekend position 75%
