About the position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at about 50-70% for our client in Västerås. We are also looking for someone interested in working as a substitute and can step in as needed. Working hours are scheduled during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a woman in her 25s with a great interest in horses and riding, which she enjoys in her spare time. Due to cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities, she needs support in her daily life.

The tasks are as follows:

• Support with daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, transfers, meals, and communication

• Practical support in everyday activities

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has the ability to focus on others' needs. You are empathetic, socially aware, and reliable, with a solution-oriented approach and self-drive. You should have an interest in horses and appreciate exercise and an active lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Not allergic to pets (a cat is present in the home)

• Manual driving license

• Non-smoker

Merits:

• Experience with the client's aids and disabilities

Employment rate: Part-time 50-70% and substitutes

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
