RTFL Care AB offers high-quality personal assistance for individuals with disabilities, always placing the disabled person at the center. The goal is for the user to live an active and enriching life. The personal assistants are the tools to achieve this. At least 2 years of experience working with disabled individuals is required. You should be quick to learn their routines and be able to work with your heart. You should be calm, reliable, and non-smoking. We prefer a female caregiver who speaks both Swedish and Arabic. Full-time work in the evenings/nights, but you should also be flexible with your working hours from time to time. You will assist a boy with very severe disabilities. He needs help with all ADL, mobility, communication, and daily training is required. You will be his aid to help him live a full life like others.
