Your tasks

The main focus of the role is to motivate and support clients. This means working with motivation-creating activities in collaboration with the clients. In addition, the role includes support in various areas such as housing, family, finances, and leisure activities to promote a meaningful existence. To effectively support this vulnerable group, it is crucial to have a relationship-building approach and a stable attitude. Seeing new opportunities in complex life situations and being decisive and clear when the situation requires it is natural for you.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone with a YH/KY education as a social pedagogue or equivalent education. If you have training in substance abuse or mental disabilities, that is an advantage. You have good computer skills, and if you have previous documentation experience, that is also an advantage. You will meet clients in difficult situations, so it is important that you have an empathetic ability and a willingness to help and find solutions.

Tennkronan is one of 10 residences that are part of the support and housing unit, the Individual and Family Administration. Tennkronan's motivational residence has 17 places and is a temporary residence aimed at men and women with dual diagnoses. Here, an alcohol- and drug-free residence is offered with motivation-creating interventions to create conditions for a drug-free life. A B driver's license for manual cars is a requirement.

In connection with the interview, you need to prove your citizenship. You can do this with a passport or a personal certificate along with an ID. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit.
