ABOUT THE POSITION

Vi Omsorg is looking for a dedicated substitute for the role of personal assistant, where you will work with our client in Fagersta as needed. In this position, you will work both weekends and weekdays, and during the night, waiting time applies.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 4:40 PM - 11:00 AM the following day 
• 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 30s who has an acquired spinal cord injury, which means she is paralyzed from the neck down. In her home, there is a ceiling lift to facilitate transfers, and she also uses a Koff-assist as an aid.

The tasks may include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

Additionally, she enjoys baking, cooking, or just relaxing and watching movies at home on the couch, often together with her assistants.

We are looking for someone who has a strong commitment to their work as an assistant, is flexible, and enjoys working in a team. It is important that you are attentive, responsible, and have a positive attitude, as these qualities contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment. 

You should also be confident in yourself and have a desire to work with people. Humor is an important part of our work environment – with a good dose of humor, we will enjoy working together! Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability based on these qualities. Our client prefers female applicants.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license B 
• Experience in similar work

Employment rate: Substitute as needed 

Start date: By agreement, and we would like you to start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
