We are now looking for an experienced requirements analyst/requirements leader (5–9 years of experience) for an assignment focused on requirements work related to operations with high security demands and handling of sensitive information. The assignment aims to establish a clear requirements picture and develop documentation that supports the design and implementation of security solutions in a complex organization.

You will work closely with the business, technical teams, and security functions to gather, analyze, structure, and validate requirements – as well as ensure that the requirements harmonize with relevant regulations and established security standards.

About the Assignment

The assignment focuses on creating a stable foundation for future security solutions by:

• Reviewing processes, tool support, and needs
• Gathering and analyzing requirements from relevant operations
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and traceability
• Identifying risks and proposing measures

Deliverables

• Compilation of requirements and needs in a requirements specification
• Recommendations based on analysis of requirements and needs
• Documented analysis of security risks related to requirements and solutions
• Documentation that supports decisions regarding design and implementation

Main Tasks

• Plan and conduct requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and analyses
• Document and structure requirements and ensure traceability throughout the process
• Validate requirements against business goals, laws, regulations, and standards
• Identify security risks and propose risk-reducing measures
• Ensure that requirements are in line with Swedish regulations such as the Security Protection Act and PMFS 2022:1
• Act as a link between business, technology, and security functions
• Prepare decision-making materials and report progress, deviations, and risks to relevant stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for the assignment, you must have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in requirements gathering and requirements management
• At least 2 years of experience working in operations with high security demands, within the public sector or security-sensitive business flows
• At least 2 years of experience documenting requirements and ensuring traceability throughout the process
• At least 2 years of experience planning and conducting workshops for requirements gathering with multiple stakeholders
• At least 2 years of experience working according to Swedish regulations, such as the Security Protection Act and PMFS 2022:1
• Experience working with stakeholders at different levels in the organization over the last 2 years
• Higher education in IT, information security, system development, or requirements management – or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience
• Certifications or completed courses in requirements analysis and/or information security

Desirable Requirements (Meritorious)

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience working with established security standards, such as ISO 27001 or equivalent frameworks
• Basic knowledge of the NIST framework or similar guidelines
• Experience with tools for requirements management and documentation, e.g., Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

Other

• Remote work may occur up to 50 % and will be decided in consultation with the client
• Travel may occur, both within Sweden and possibly abroad
• The assignment may require on-site presence at short notice if needed
