What will you do?
You will lead several parallel initiatives that are central to translating Svenska Spel's strategy and business plan into concrete delivery. The assignments span both business and technology and require structure, judgment, and the ability to drive change in a complex organization.
The role is long-term and strategically important, with a clear connection to our priorities for the coming years.
As a senior project manager, you will among other things:
lead complex, business-related, and often technically oriented projects from start to finish
work agilely in changing environments – focusing on progress, quality, and collaboration
drive change management and ensure that new working methods are actually implemented in the organization
take responsibility for project economics: planning, follow-up, forecasting, and benefit realization
collaborate closely with IT, development, architecture, and operations
work with external suppliers and partners where relevant
You are comfortable moving between business and technology and actively contribute to the whole – not just your own project.
Who will you be working with?
You will belong to Strategy & Sustainability, a team of senior strategists, business and operational developers, risk managers, sustainability specialists, sustainability controllers, and several senior project managers.
The team has a shared responsibility to:
develop Svenska Spel's corporate strategy and business plan
ensure long-term and sustainable growth
drive the execution of the corporation's most important initiatives and changes

Are you the one who will make it happen?
We are looking for someone with a high level of seniority who is used to taking responsibility in complex contexts. You have previously led heavy technical implementation projects and are comfortable making decisions even when everything is not fully prepared. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and comfortable with complexity. You are inclusive in your leadership, enjoy collaborating, and easily build trust while being willing to set demands and drive progress.
In addition to the above, we also see that you have:
at least 10 years of experience leading complex projects or initiatives with high independence
documented experience with agile methodologies and working in changing environments
strong competence in change management and driving behavioral shifts
experience leading multiple parallel initiatives towards set goals
solid experience in financial management, follow-up, forecasting, and benefit realization
very good IT understanding and experience working closely with development and architecture, preferably in a cloud environment
an academic degree or equivalent experience
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience in both B2C and B2B business
A background as a consultant
Experience in PMO, portfolio management, or technical project management
Certification in project management or agile leadership
