About the roleAs a Sales Coordinator, you are the link between sales, operations, and other internal functions. You will have a particular focus on win-back and minimizing cancellation rates by proactively contacting customers who are hesitant or considering canceling their purchases. You are responsible for structure, quality, and progress throughout the sales process, ensuring that deals are handled correctly and efficiently. The role is operational, varied, and involves many points of contact within the organization.

In your daily work, you will among other things:

• Ensure smooth order intake and act as a link between the sales and operations teams.

• Follow up with customers after signing and work on win-back calls to minimize canceled purchases.

• Track sales and ensure that deals are handled correctly in the CRM system.

• Coordinate the handover of projects to the technical department and ensure that all information is complete.

• Handle cancellations, identify risks in projects, and proactively work on win-back of customers.

• Support the sales team operationally through meeting coordination, presentations, lead distribution, and daily communication.

• Ensure that sales processes, pitches, and working methods are followed according to our internal guidelines.

• Contribute to onboarding, training, and offboarding of salespeople.

• Be responsible for office supplies and premises while actively contributing to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment in the office.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM systems and process improvements.

• Experience as a salesperson focused on win-back calls or several years of work experience that we consider equivalent.

• Experienced in coordination or operational support – preferably within sales or a similar function.

Meritorious:

• Experience working in a fast-growing company or scale-up.

• Previous experience in training or team support.

• Academic education.
