Hemnovia is now looking for a structured and committed investigator for our growing operations. The position can be designed as a part-time, full-time, or a combination, depending on your availability and experience. Work can be done remotely or from an office in Stockholm and surrounding areas.

Being an investigator

In the role of investigator, you are responsible for investigating and assessing families who want to open their homes for children and young people as emergency and foster homes. The work is characterized by quality, professionalism, and respectful treatment.

Examples of job tasks:

• Plan and conduct foster home investigations
• Meet families through interviews and home visits
• Compile assessments and written materials
• Work according to established routines, guidelines, and timelines
• Contribute to the quality and development of the operations

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education of at least 180 credits, such as social worker, behavioral scientist, or social pedagogue
• Experience working in social work, preferably with children, youth, or families
• Good writing skills and experience working systematically with documentation
• Ability to work independently and make professional assessments
• Good driving skills as travel is required for the position
