About the role

As the Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead and coordinate the technical delivery of IT services to our operations within Regional Development, Public Transport, Culture and Education, and the Regional Management Office. You will identify and implement needs, both within the framework of projects and within the management organization of a more operational nature, in close dialogue with customers and internal delivery teams.

The role involves leading and participating in change processes and engaging in dialogue with various groups, both within the region and outside the organization, to translate operational needs into effective working methods and user-friendly system solutions. You will lead and participate in projects focused on new processes and technical solutions. Together with Region IT, you will proactively work to promote digitalization and realize the needs of the operations. You will also be responsible for analyzing needs, dependencies, and other prerequisites for successful digitalization.

The work involves, among other things:

• Coordinating and following up IT deliveries based on orders and agreements.
• Setting requirements for technical development projects from an operational perspective.
• Maintaining the technology delivery, preparing documentation, and steering towards set goals.
• Developing customers' working methods through IT support for both short- and long-term efficiency improvements.
• Supporting and contributing to customers' digitalization and creating sustainable solutions.
• Ensuring operational staffing in consultation with resource owners within Region IT.
• Informing relevant parties about guidelines, frameworks, and IT architecture.
• Analyzing and developing existing IT systems or leading the procurement of new solutions.

Qualifications and personal qualities

In this role, you balance business development, IT, and digitalization with people's needs. You act with sensitivity and clarity and use your good self-awareness, competence, and experience to create benefit and efficiency. You build relationships within and outside the organization and monitor the external environment to drive development forward.

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience. You have strong coordination and leadership skills and can lead IT deliveries within both projects and management. With a good technical understanding, you can set requirements, analyze, and follow up on IT systems and digitalization initiatives, as well as translate complex needs into user-friendly solutions.

You work solution-focused and drive change and process development from a business perspective. You are structured, proactive, and used to handling multiple parallel assignments with high complexity. Your analytical and strategic ability allows you to weigh information and make wise decisions. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and build strong relationships at all levels.
