Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development and management of IAM services and regulations
• Drive strategic initiatives and influence technology choices
• Introduce new technology and develop new capabilities in close collaboration with the business
• Ensure compliance, traceability, and high IT security

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in IAM or IT security
• You are comfortable with concepts such as IAM, IGA, IDP, PAM, PIM, SSO, MFA
• You have experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID)
• You have experience leading change initiatives

We prefer that you are used to working in an agile manner and in complex IT environments where customer focus, improvement, and efficiency are always in focus. The role also requires you to have good communication skills and proficiency in expressing yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability such as interest and ability to take responsibility, both for your own work and as part of the team. You are meticulous in your work while being open to change, and you can and want to keep up with a high pace of development. Since you will have contacts both within IT and with other municipal operations as well as external suppliers, high demands will be placed on your ability to collaborate. You are curious about new technologies, social, and enjoy having fun at work.

Meritorious if you have:

• Experience in scripting/programming
• Experience in federated identity management
• Knowledge of information architecture and data-driven access management
• Experience in system management

This position requires an extended background check, which will be conducted before employment.

Workplace

The IT department consists of about 50 employees who together are responsible for the municipality's shared IT infrastructure and provide digital services. We are an important enabler in the municipality's business development, where technology should be a clear support in everything from schools and healthcare to urban planning.
