Our client is an established IT provider that offers cloud-based solutions and IT operations in a secure and modern environment for its customers. The team consists of engaged colleagues who support each other, and they value initiative and a desire to develop.

As a support staff member, you will be part of the service desk team and primarily work to assist customers via phone, email, and a ticket management system.

Examples of tasks:

• Manage incoming requests via phone, email, and ticket management system
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, printers, Active Directory, and other IT environments
• Guide users and provide technical support
• Work proactively to improve processes and solutions for customers

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and basic IT knowledge. You are solution-oriented with good analytical skills and work well both independently and in a team. You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Previous experience in technical helpdesk, service desk, or customer service is an advantage for this position.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period
