About the position

Our client in Täby is looking for two personal assistants who want to work nights. We offer permanent positions with varying degrees of employment. It is an advantage if you can also fill in as needed, e.g., during illnesses or absences. Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• 04:00 PM - 09:00 AM (9 hours of waiting time during the night)

About the client

The client lives in Täby and is an active man in his 60s. He enjoys cooking and is handy, liking to fix things around the house. Our client needs help in his daily life as he has previously suffered a stroke and has no communicative speech. The client uses a wheelchair and has an adapted home.

The tasks are as follows:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Lifting may occur during transfers

Are you the one the client is looking for?

As a person, you are attentive, solution-focused, proactive, and open to learning how to communicate with the client based on his conditions. Additionally, you have an interest in precision and are organized, qualities that the client appreciates in his home. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Experience as a personal assistant

Merits:

• Experience with aphasia

Employment degree: 2 positions for nights, scheduled with varying degrees of employment

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
