About the position SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, AirPlus, Strawberry, and several co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year.

As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's customers.

Your main responsibilities:

- Provide support via phone and email. - Answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates. - Guide customers in SEB's digital services (website and app) - Ensure high quality and the best possible customer experience in every contact. Furthermore, we would like you to have:

• A high school diploma
• Several years of work experience
• Experience in customer service or another service/sales role
• Fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

It is an advantage if you speak additional Nordic languages, but it is not a requirement.
