Mission

Your mission involves teaching in the Health and Care program, both for high school and adult education. You will continuously assess students' performance based on applicable governing documents and also validate existing knowledge among adult students. Other courses may be included in the position based on your qualifications. The position also includes developing APL together in a network with workplaces, conducting internship visits, and developing and providing support to workplaces and supervisors. Language development and Swedish as a second language are also important parts of the students' education.

The work is conducted both individually and in teams. We have high expectations of students and staff. We want to help students exceed their own expectations. The students at Nils Fredriksson Gymnasium and Adult Education are accustomed to participation and formative assessment. In your mission, the learning platform and digital tools are an obvious part of the teaching.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified teacher in health and care subjects with high subject competence and experience in similar roles. Certification is an advantage.

To succeed in this mission, you work both independently and take an active role in the team. You have good collaboration skills and are proactive, development-oriented, and solution-focused. You have good communication skills in both spoken and written form.

Working Hours/Duration

Permanent full-time employment, vacation service. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
