The Assignment

Within the Program Tvärförbindelse Södertörn, we are seeking an experienced project manager for the Flemingsberg Tunnel project. The program is divided into several sub-projects, and this assignment involves a central role in one of the program's most complex and strategically important projects.

The assignment is a full-time position and involves responsibility for leading and coordinating the design work in close collaboration with project management, technical specialists, consultants, and contractors. You will work in a phase characterized by design, preparation of tender documents, and preparations for upcoming contracts.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a project manager, you are responsible for the overall design process and ensure that the work is conducted according to established goals regarding time, budget, quality, and risk. The role includes, among other things:

• Planning, leading, and following up on the design process within the relevant contracts
• Managing and coordinating design consultants and clarifying work and decision routines
• Ensuring quality in contract documents and construction documents
• Coordinating technical interfaces and requirements between different disciplines and stakeholders
• Contributing to scheduling, cost tracking, and forecasting work
• Ensuring that the design meets environmental, work environment, and client responsibility requirements
• Supporting project management in procurement and execution of contracts
• Participating in dialogue with authorities, municipalities, stakeholders, and other external parties

Competence Requirements (mandatory requirements)

The resource consultant must meet the following requirements:

• University or college education of at least 180 credits with a construction engineering focus within civil engineering, or other equivalent technical education combined with relevant experience
• 
  
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
• At least 5 years of current experience in multidisciplinary project management in infrastructure projects, of which at least 3 years concerning rock tunnels
• At least 2 years of experience in working with tender documents for contracts
• At least 2 years of experience in working with digital construction models
• At least 2 years of experience in the construction phase within infrastructure projects
• Completed or planned training BAS-P (must be completed before the assignment starts)
• Good knowledge of AB, ABK, and AMA
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
