We are looking for a Technical Project Manager for a leading Swedish industrial group in defense and security.

This is a full-time consulting assignment with the possibility to work from Linköping, Stockholm, or Gothenburg.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will drive and lead complex IT projects and programs focusing on strengthening and future-proofing IT delivery in an organization with high demands on security and robustness. The role involves responsibility for planning, managing, and following up on mission-critical projects, ensuring technical quality, and achieving business goals. You will work closely with management, internal stakeholders, and external partners, actively contributing to the development and stability of the IT environment.

Responsibilities

Drive and lead all aspects of mission-critical and complex IT programs and projects

Negotiate and manage customer relationships at the IT management level

Ensure technical quality within IT infrastructure such as platforms, applications, IT architecture, and networks

Ensure that projects and programs comply with regulations ISM and KSF2/3

Contribute with broad technical expertise in the project and support the business in IT matters

Have experience working in similar roles with mission-critical projects

Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

At least 10 years of experience as a project and/or program manager or business leader within IT in larger companies.

Experience in driving all aspects of mission-critical and complex IT programs and projects.

Negotiation skills and experience managing customer relationships at the IT management level.

Broad technical expertise and experience in IT infrastructure such as platforms, applications, IT architecture, and networks.

Good knowledge of regulations ISM and KSF2/3.

Previous experience in a similar role.

Security class RK and the ability to pass a new examination.

Desirable

Experience with Saab's IT environments.

Experience with Saab's planning tools for resource management, scheduling, and budgeting.
