Aleja's Rescue Patrol is now recruiting new members.

The function of our patrol is to step in when we need urgent assistance on-site with clients – for example, in cases of illness among our own or the client's staff, unexpected work peaks, or other urgent assignments.

However, it is important that you can dedicate at least two full weekdays per week; weekends or split shifts are not included. This ensures we have the opportunity to offer you work assignments.

We prefer that applicants who are currently studying are enrolled in longer-term studies and have at least one year remaining of their studies.

About Us

Aleja AB is a staffing agency primarily active in Stockholm. We offer 24/7 on-call service to our clients, which means we have assignments during all hours of the day.

We provide staffing across a wide range of industries – including transport and warehousing, construction and demolition, decontamination and cleaning, as well as other heavy labor jobs that do not require extensive prior knowledge or education.

We are looking for hungry, curious, and quick-learning individuals with a drive to work and deliver results.

Completed military service training is highly meritorious as the work is physically and mentally demanding.

Performance is measured individually, and you should be driven by a desire to take on more and compete against both yourself and internally within the group. You see the work structure as a fun challenge rather than a stressful burden.

We are looking for you if you are an early riser, flexible, and not afraid to try new things or meet new people. At our company, there is also the opportunity to try out different types of work, including warehousing, decontamination, assembly, manual labor, and demolition.

To be employed as extra staff with us, you must be a student and be able to present a valid student certificate, or alternatively, support yourself through another main occupation, such as another part-time job.

Your Responsibilities

Currently, we have a client who needs help with pipe replacements in Gubbgängen.

Working as a laborer on a job site means you are a carpenter's right-hand person. You help fetch and carry tools, machines, and materials, and you work alongside qualified personnel on-site where simpler tasks can be delegated to you.
