Become a key player in an expanding operations organization in Stockholm, where you support the group manager in optimizing the management of 44 rental properties during an intensive and exciting period.
About the role
As a team leader, you relieve the existing group manager by coordinating daily work within maintenance and operations. You work operationally to ensure high quality in delivery and serve as a supportive link in the organization without formal personnel responsibility. You will collaborate closely with the group manager.
The primary base is Hammarbybacken, but offices are also located in Spånga and Skarpnäck. In this role, you will also visit the rental properties for leadership and follow-up.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on operationally leading and structuring daily work to relieve the group manager and the organization during an intensive startup phase.
- Lead and distribute daily work within the operations organization with a strong focus on maintenance.
- Support the group manager in operational planning and follow-up.
- Ensure efficient maintenance of approximately 44 rental properties.
- Coordinate efforts between different professional categories in the field.
- Follow up that completed work meets the set quality standards.
- Handle daily operational challenges in the property portfolio.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 3–5 years of experience in team leadership/management within an operations organization, related to maintenance.
- Has the ability to lead and distribute work operationally, including follow-up.
- Has fluent Swedish skills in both spoken and written form.
- Is available to start the assignment with short notice.
- Has a valid B-class driver's license.
Qualifications that are a plus
- Experience with managing rental properties in the Stockholm area.
