We are looking for a Project Manager who wants to take responsibility for installation and renovation projects in technically complex property environments. The role involves close collaboration with both clients, contractors, and technical specialists, with a focus on creating well-executed projects with high quality and good control over time, economy, and delivery. This is an opportunity for you who have experience from installation or construction projects and want to work in a business with varied projects throughout Sweden.

In the role of Project Manager, the person is responsible for planning, leading, and following up on installation projects within existing properties and technical facilities. The projects include, among other things, technical renovations, modernizations, and replacement of installations, where several technical disciplines collaborate.

The role entails overall responsibility through the project execution phase with a focus on coordination between subcontractors, technical consultants, and clients. Initially, the work will mainly be linked to projects in the Stockholm area, but travel within Sweden will occur depending on the scope of the projects.

• Lead installation projects from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and technical areas throughout the project execution.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Follow up on project economics and deliveries.
• Be the client's main contact through the various phases of the project.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external suppliers to create efficient project executions.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and project processes.

• Have around 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or installation management.
• Have experience coordinating between multiple contractors and technical areas.
• Have experience with installation projects within properties or construction.
• Have a good understanding of contracting forms and contract law.
• Have BAS-P/BAS-U or equivalent experience.
• Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is an advantage if you have:

• Background in electrical installation or power engineering.
• Experience with safety technical installations.
• Experience from consulting or contracting activities.
• Experience with renovations in existing properties.
• Experience with projects within critical infrastructure or technically advanced infrastructure.
