We are looking for someone to lead a strong team of technical consultants in HVAC, Cooling, and Sanitary Engineering – a day-to-day role that spans from personnel management to technical support and customer dialogue. You will be part of the Project & Engineering team and lead 11 dedicated HVAC and construction engineers with various competencies and experience levels. Together, you will be responsible for, among other things, design assignments within various types of properties. Examples of Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, and coach the team – both in day-to-day operations and long-term
Be a sounding board and support in technical and assignment-related questions
Ensure staffing, budget, and financial follow-up within the team's assignments
Actively work with customer contact, new business, and collaboration with other parts of the organization
Ensure delivery, quality, and follow-up in projects
Recruitment, salary discussions, and employee development

Candidate Profile

You have previous experience as a technical consultant, preferably with assignment responsibility, and are used to driving business and projects. At the same time, you are a confident leader with good social skills – someone who sees the needs in their team, steps up, and builds trust both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who is:

Relationship-building, attentive, and present in your leadership style
Solution-oriented and enjoys when days are not entirely predictable
Unpretentious and thrives with both operational work and strategic issues
Business-minded with an understanding of customer value, profitability, and the whole
You have a good understanding of project economics and are comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, and profitability issues related to both the team and assignments
Structured, while being able to navigate in a fast-paced environment

We believe you have:

At least 5 years of experience in HVAC design or a similar technical role
Experience in driving projects and having personnel or assignment responsibility
Good understanding of project economics and business acumen
A relevant technical education in installation, property, or similar
