We are looking for a Planning Coordinator for Roslagsbanan to a traffic authority.

This is a consultancy assignment. The work location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of the planning coordinator involves responsibility for driving and coordinating the work with the project's railway plan. The assignment includes coordinating the planning process in close collaboration with design, municipalities, and other relevant parties to ensure progress and quality in the planning.

Responsibilities

Drive the formal planning process and work with the railway plan including associated documents.

Coordinate the planning work with the design.

Plan and conduct consultations within the planning process.

Update the project's planning description as needed.

Ensure coordination between the railway planning process and the detailed planning process together with the relevant municipalities.

Participate in the work of developing agreements with relevant stakeholders.

Participate in work related to land access issues.

Lead the work with stakeholder management related to planning.

Ensure that the consultancy organization delivers the necessary documentation for the planning process.

Identify the need for additional necessary investigations.

Coordinate planning and permit issues together with the permit coordinator.

Prepare documentation for the timeline and time analysis regarding the planning process.

Establish information and decision-making documentation in the form of investigations and presentations.

Participate in project-related meetings to follow up and gain insight into the project's progress.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

At least 3 years of completed higher education in urban planning, land surveying, or technical fields, or other educational background combined with experience that we consider equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in developing road or railway plans.

At least 5 years of experience in planning issues in large complex infrastructure projects in urban environments.

At least 3 years of experience in leading consultancy organizations regarding complex planning issues.

Desirable

At least 3 years of experience in developing plans in railway projects.

At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder dialogue, e.g., dialogue and collaboration with municipalities and authorities and other stakeholders in the planning phase of infrastructure projects.

At least 3 years of experience in a client organization within public transport and/or infrastructure.

At least 3 years of experience in the municipal planning process according to PBL.
