Site Manager/Project Manager

We are looking for two experienced and dedicated Site Managers in earthworks

Do you want a key role in exciting earthworks and construction projects? We are now looking for two site managers who want to take responsibility for planning, execution, and follow-up of our earthworks.

Responsibilities

As a site manager, you are responsible for the daily operations on the construction site and ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and distributing the daily work for earthworks and construction personnel
• Planning resources, machinery, and materials
• Ensuring that occupational health and safety regulations are followed
• Coordinating with the site manager, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitoring production, quality, and finances
• Participating in construction meetings and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager or equivalent role in earthworks and construction
• Good knowledge in excavation, water and sewage, foundation, and/or construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and documents
• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
