We are now looking for a Construction Leader MÄT for the Gerstaberg project within the Ostlänken for Trafikverket.

This is a consulting assignment with the workplace located in Gerstaberg, Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

The Construction Leader MÄT for the Gerstaberg project within the Ostlänken is a resource consultant who works with planning the production phase as well as monitoring and coordinating geodetic measurement work. The role involves supporting the project manager and ensuring that contracts, technical requirements, and regulations, including constructability, work environment, and safety protection, are followed. The Construction Leader reports to the project manager and participates in the project and construction management organization, with responsibility for delegated tasks and monitoring the progress, cost, and quality of the contract.

Responsibilities

Check drawings and other documents and compare/check on-site together with the project manager to ensure that the assigned contract is executed in accordance with the contract, drawings, and other documents.

Follow up on the schedule, incurred costs, and other orders, and assist in forecasting the final cost of the contract.

Participate in contact with authorities, designers, and property owners.

Manage deviations.

Report the contract's economy and status monthly.

Follow up and document changes and additional work as well as quantity deviations according to the project's applicable routines.

Participate in construction and economic meetings.

Assist in compiling the final documentation of the project.

Follow up on controls during the execution phase.

Perform follow-up and checks of the contractor's documentation for compensation related to the quantity list.

Contribute to good relationships with residents and businesses in the area.

Ensure that documentation for the management phase is delivered.

Ordered work outside normal working hours (unsociable working hours) may occur and is assessed not to exceed 30% of the total working time.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

University or college education of at least 180 credits (120 points) with a technical focus or have another education and experience that Trafikverket assesses as equivalent.

Documented experience of at least 2 years of full-time work, in the last 5 years, as client support measurement in railway projects. With responsibility to independently manage the client's organization’s work with MSS.

Documented experience of AMA Anläggning, MER Anläggning, and contract law AB04 and ABT06.

Measurement technical qualification Trafikverket Class 1.

Documented experience of 3D CAD/BIM.

Documented knowledge of SBG GEO and Topocad.

Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Valid driver's license B.

Desirable

You have documented experience of at least 4 years of full-time work as client support measurement in railway projects with responsibility to independently manage the client's organization’s work with MSS.

You are structured in your work.

You are solution-oriented regarding problems that may arise in a complex contract.

Have completed, no later than 6 months after the start of the assignment, training to function as the Client's construction work environment coordinator, BAS-P and BAS-U.

Have completed, no later than 6 months after the start of the assignment, training BASÄSKYDD and hold a valid qualification.
