Responsibilities:

Bordsjö has a long-term goal of offering more rental housing in Mörkö. We strongly believe that the demand for rural housing near Stockholm will increase. Over the past year, our organization has grown through several successful recruitments. To ensure we reach our goal, we continue to expand and are looking for additional carpenters to join the team.

The responsibilities will primarily consist of larger renovation projects and new construction of small houses. As a carpenter, you will participate in the planning and design of projects, and contribute to ensuring implementation according to plan. The position includes temporary assignments in other areas of the company's operations.

Profile:

We are looking for a person with great commitment and a genuine interest in developing and managing our unique rental portfolio. We expect you to have both theoretical education and thorough experience in carpentry and building maintenance. You possess a curiosity to develop within your field but also to gain insight into the company's other business areas. As a person, you are flexible and value the team spirit that exists within a smaller production unit.
