Norwegian-speaking Sales/Customer Service for Nanostone

Do you want to be part of building up Nanostone's operations in Norway from the ground up?

We are now looking for a Norwegian-speaking sales/customer service representative who wants to play a key role in our expansion and eventually build a team in Norway.

Nanostone specializes in professional cleaning and surface treatment of properties and has been in operation since 2008. In Sweden and Denmark, we currently work with over 30,000 properties annually – now we are taking the next step and establishing ourselves in the Norwegian market.

About the role

The position is flexible and entrepreneurial. During the first six months, the role will be based at our Swedish office in Trelleborg, where you will receive thorough training in our systems, working methods, and offerings. After that, the goal is for you to become the hub of our Norwegian operations – initially on a small scale, and later to build a team and move to an office in Norway.

You will be the sole salesperson and customer service representative in the startup phase, with significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both structure and working methods.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from Norwegian customers

  • Call, follow up, and sell to both warm and cold leads

  • Customer dialogue via phone and digital channels

  • Planning and scheduling for operators who will perform work in Norway

  • Work structured towards set key performance indicators and sales targets

We are looking for someone who

  • Is fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written (requirement)

  • Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems

  • Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility

  • Has experience in sales and/or customer service

  • Is motivated by building something from scratch and growing with the role

  • Has a B driver's license
