As a project manager, you will be a key person in projects that span from development phase to delivery. Your Responsibilities
You will lead projects from start to finish and be responsible for driving them forward according to set goals. The work involves both strategic responsibility and practical project work.

You will, among other things:

• plan and follow up on projects with a focus on time, cost, and quality
• coordinate resources and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• develop project plans, risk analyses, and reports
• manage contracts, budgets, and deliveries in collaboration with finance and procurement
• contribute to continuous improvements and more efficient processes

Your Profile
The role suits you if you thrive in a varied everyday life where you combine technical understanding with structure and communication.

We believe you have:

• at least three years of experience in project management within technology, production, energy, or industry
• post-secondary education in technology, economics, or equivalent
• good experience with project tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Power BI, or similar)
• very good communication skills in Swedish and English

As a person, you are engaged, analytical, and confident in making decisions. You enjoy collaboration but can also drive work independently.
