Sydassistans AB is looking for personal assistants to work with a positive and social woman living independently in central Malmö. The client communicates verbally. She has spina bifida and moves around in a wheelchair. As an assistant, you will help the client where needed in her daily life at home and wherever she may be. This includes everything from personal hygiene to support in social situations.
Applicants should be positive and calm women, preferably aged 25-50, and must be non-smokers.
Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. The schedule includes on-call/rest during the night.

One of our tasks as an assistance provider is to be the employer of our clients' personal assistants. We work to ensure that our clients can live a life on their own terms. Currently, we employ approximately 350 personal assistants.
The role of the personal assistant is of great importance to our clients' overall quality of life. As a personal assistant, you help your client with the parts of life that they would have managed themselves if possible.
