Serigmo care is a care company that offers services within HVB, short-term housing, support housing, and transition apartments for adults with various forms of addiction problems. Many of our clients also have some form of neuropsychiatric functional variation or suffer from mental health issues. We also work with changing criminal thought patterns and behaviors.

The group also includes LSS operations.

Our operations are geographically located in Mälardalen, Greater Stockholm, Västra Götaland, and Skåne. We are looking for an experienced and committed therapist

We are now looking for an experienced and committed therapist for Bollerup HVB located in Tomelilla municipality. The operation is licensed and has 13 places for adult men and women aged 22-60 with addiction problems. Many of our clients also need to work on criminal thought patterns and behaviors.

We are looking for someone who is a Treatment Assistant, Social Pedagogue, or has other relevant education based on the role of a therapist. You also have experience in treatment work and one or more further education courses, e.g., ÅP, MI, CRA, KSL, or other suitable training/course. You are well-versed in a working method based on CBT, which is the method we apply. You focus on the client and have a low-arousal approach.

As a therapist, you work with case management and conduct sampling, documentation, individual conversations, and maintain contact with clients. You also lead manual-based groups in, for example, relapse prevention, criminal programs, social skills training, etc. Working hours are varied and scheduled with some on-call duties, but a maximum of 6 occasions per 4-week period.

A B driver's license is also required for the position.
