Are you structured, self-driven, and have experience working as an economic administrator? Then you have the combination we are looking for! About the assignment

We are looking for an economic administrator for the finance department for a consulting assignment in central Örebro. The position is part-time (50%) and covers the period from January 19, 2026, to May 31, 2026. You will work office hours, between 08:00-17:00 with the possibility of flexibility. Some remote work may be possible in the long term.

Your tasks

In the role of economic administrator, you will share responsibility for all tasks in the group, which means that common routines and goals are important. You will perform your duties via computer and phone as well as on Teams. Your starting point is to provide the best service to the operations. You will also work towards goals and focus on results. You adapt easily to changing circumstances and can quickly change your perspective and approach.

Main tasks:

  • Supplier invoice flow

  • File imports in the financial system

  • Reconciliations at interim and year-end

  • Act as a support line

  • Purchase invoices and administration

Your qualifications

  • Education in economics with a focus on accounting

  • Experience with the Raindance financial system

  • Experience working in a support line

  • Experience with reconciliations at interim and year-end

  • Experience working with large complex volumes of invoices in a complex digital financial system

  • Good knowledge of Excel
