We are now looking for an engaged accountant for our finance department at our headquarters in Älvsjö.

About the position

You will report to the CFO and work closely with other team members. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are vital to the business, ensuring that our financial processes are of high quality, accurate, and comply with applicable legislation and internal procedures.

Your main responsibilities include:

Ongoing accounting and reporting:

• Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing, and reconciliation of balance accounts
• Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including setup, disposal, and depreciation
• Assisting in the handling of customer and supplier invoices
• Preparation of cash flow reports
• Preparation of income tax returns and annual reports
• Reporting VAT and employer contributions to the Tax Agency

System and bank management:

• Ensuring correct bank transactions and monitoring the liquidity of the company's bank accounts
• Administrator for, and contact with, external suppliers such as Visma and Exsitec

Development and quality assurance:

• Active participation in budgeting processes and audits
• Documentation and streamlining of financial processes according to company procedures
• Ensuring that the chart of accounts and cost centers are updated and used correctly

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant education in finance or accounting, along with experience in ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting. You have likely worked in one or more accounting systems and have a structured and methodical approach to your work. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are passionate about accounting, feel confident in handling financial processes, and that your work is characterized by high accuracy. Additionally, good collaboration skills are crucial for both thriving and developing in the role.
