We at Nordström Assistans are looking for you who have your heart in the right place and want to enrich a person's life with special support.About the positionWe are currently seeking a personal assistant for a young girl with autism who lives with her family in Norrahammar. The position is part-time, about 15%, every third weekend. She needs help with many aspects of her daily life, and your tasks will include supporting her with daily routines, personal hygiene, communication, meals, and dressing and undressing.The working hours may change slightly but are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00 - 21:00

About the clientThe client is a warm and caring teenage girl with a big heart. She loves food, anime, and spending time with her family. She enjoys short walks, swinging, and appreciates when someone takes the time to talk, laugh, and make everyday life a little more fun together with her. She thrives best when she has people around her who create safety, calm, and joy. She needs help in her daily life with most things and is therefore looking for someone who, with care, patience, and positive energy, wants to be a part of her life and contribute to her having a safe and meaningful everyday life. About youAs a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of her life and contribute to her independence and well-being. We believe that you who are applying for this position are someone who is pedagogical, secure, and calm in yourself, observant, responsible, flexible, and has good patience. We also see that you are a social person who is talkative, forward, but you should also have a calm and secure demeanor and can easily adapt to situations that arise in her daily life. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as a candidate and the client. This can become crucial in the final selection.Requirements:

• have a driver's license (manual/automatic) as an automatic car is available at the workplace
• be smoke-free
• not use strong fragrances during working hours
• not have pets as there is an allergy in the family

It is a merit if you

• have experience in NPF (autism/ID)
