Your Future Workplace

We are now looking for rehabilitation assistants for the rehabilitation center at all three of our hospitals: Länssjukhuset Ryhov, Värnamo Hospital, and Höglandssjukhuset.

The rehabilitation center is a county-wide operation where different competencies and experiences support the development of the patient, the profession, and rehabilitation from a holistic perspective. Regardless of where in the county one lives, the patient should have access to equal rehabilitation of good quality.

Approximately 300 employees work within the rehabilitation center across 11 areas with a cross-professional composition based on a person-centered approach.

Höglandsjukhuset in Eksjö is the large hospital in the small locality where we have a close collaboration and an open dialogue with a high ceiling. Our rehabilitation professionals are present in most departments and clinics in the hospital and are an important part of the patient’s care process, where teamwork is the focus.

Länssjukhuset Ryhov in Jönköping has the advantages of a larger town and a large hospital, but is still small enough that decision-making paths are short and it is easy to reach agreements with other clinics.

Värnamo Hospital is our smallest hospital, yet it is one of Sweden's larger county hospitals. Värnamo Hospital is characterized by very well-functioning collaborations that facilitate everyday life for everyone, a forward-thinking attitude, a pronounced quality mindset, and ongoing development.

Your Profile

We are now looking for you who will graduate as an occupational therapist by summer. You who are an occupational therapy student, at least in your 3rd semester, preferably in your 4th-5th semester, are also welcome to apply for this position.

You are quality-conscious, take initiative, are responsible for your own tasks, and also for the unit's overall performance. It means a lot to us that you have a positive attitude towards both tasks and colleagues, and together we create high patient safety and good accessibility, with the patient in focus. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Working hours 80-100% by agreement.
