Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, guiding, and creating value for Genero's customers with a focus on the German market. The role involves being customer responsible where you work with customer orders, onboarding, and training. You collaborate with internal teams and serve as the link between customers and Genero's products and services.

As Genero is currently establishing itself in the German market, you will have a particularly exciting opportunity: to be involved early in this expansion and contribute to shaping working methods, customer relationships, and routines. For the right person, this can be a unique chance to combine customer-facing work with insight into a growth journey and influence how Genero continues to grow internationally.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for selected customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries.
  • Managing customer orders and distributing cases for handling.
  • Working with onboarding new customers and acting as a project manager in the implementation phase.
  • Training and guiding customers in Genero's products and services.
  • Relieving support when necessary.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Customer Success Manager, you are a structured and organized person with a responsive and proactive working style. You have a natural ability to communicate and build trust through humility and a genuine interest in creating long-term customer relationships. You may have a curiosity and/or aptitude for the technical, which allows you to quickly understand our services and confidently guide customers in their use. As a self-driven and initiative-taking individual, you thrive on taking responsibility and finding solutions. Your drive, curiosity, and desire to constantly develop enable you to create value for both customers and the company.

To thrive at Genero, you are open, communicative, and unpretentious. You gain energy from meeting people. Furthermore, it is important that you are a loyal and good team player who contributes to creating a good working climate and appreciates working in a small team with fast and short decision-making processes.

To be considered, you also have:

  • Previous experience in customer responsibility or work in a customer-oriented role.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, English, and German in speech and writing.

Additional Information

  • Location: Kista
  • Start: Upon agreement.
  • Duration: Permanent with a probationary period applied.
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours.
  • Salary: According to agreement. Genero also offers other benefits such as a wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year and an annual conference trip, among others.
