Inside Sales / Administrator for Stockholm
Do you want to work in a varied and social role where you are the link between the sales team and our customers? We are looking for a structured and service-oriented inside sales / administrator who enjoys following projects from start to finish.
About the position
In the role of inside sales / administrator, you are an important link between outside sales, inside sales, and customers. You will work with administration, order management, and purchasing, while contributing to creating a smooth process for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for registering and managing incoming deliveries in our system, as well as following up and monitoring deliveries to ensure that everything goes according to plan. You will also maintain and administer our business system, including product management, to ensure that information is correct and up to date.
Examples of tasks
- Order registration and delivery monitoring
- Purchasing and handling incoming deliveries in the system
- Maintenance and administration of the business system, including product management
- Support the sales team and have customer contact
You will be based at the office in Haninge.

Your profile
For the role of inside sales / administrator, we are looking for someone who is meticulous, social, and enjoys having many points of contact. You like to take responsibility and have the ability to keep order in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with business systems and has experience from a similar role. You thrive on taking responsibility and following projects all the way from idea and planning to delivery, and you are motivated by seeing how small initiatives grow into great successes.
We prefer that you have
- High school education
- Administrative experience and experience with business systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Ability to work structured and independently
