About the roleAs a Shopify E-commerce Specialist at SWATI Cosmetics, you will be the technical and commercial hub for global e-commerce. The role involves responsibility for daily operations, campaign management, A/B testing, CRO projects, app optimizations, and technical improvements – all aimed at increasing sales, loyalty, and customer experience.
The role is both operational and strategic, requiring close collaboration with marketing and brand teams, external developers, agencies, and partners. A high level of technical understanding, a business-driven mindset, and the ability to turn ideas into concrete results are essential.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of swati.com (http://swati.com) – campaign updates, product launches, banners, sections, languages, and currencies
- Conduct and follow up on A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and UX improvements to increase conversion and customer value
- Manage and optimize Shopify apps and integrations that impact sales, loyalty, and customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to implement campaigns, seasonal pages, and product launches
- Work closely with ad agencies and freelance developers to drive technical improvements, tracking, code adjustments, and scalability
- Act as an internal advisor for e-commerce and conversion optimization
- Create ongoing analyses and reports on conversion data, checkout, performance, and customer behaviors
- Participate in and drive global projects – new markets, loyalty programs, campaign systems, bundles, or functional improvements
Your background
To succeed in this role, we believe that a combination of technical skills, analytical mindset, and business focus is crucial. Experience working hands-on in Shopify, preferably Shopify Plus, as well as an understanding of UX, CRO, and digital sales is central. The role also requires the ability to drive projects independently, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and turn ideas into concrete results.
- Deep experience working directly in Shopify, preferably Shopify Plus
- Experience in e-commerce on the brand or agency side, focusing on optimization and sales
- Technical understanding and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript
- Understanding of how UX, design, and CRO impact sales and customer journey
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with global e-commerce with multiple languages and currencies
- Thrives in a lean organization where decisions are made quickly and there is a mandate to act
In addition to the above experiences, the following qualifications are often advantageous:
- Experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Gorgias, TripleWhale, Okendo, Recharge, or similar tools
- Experience leading external developers or agency collaborations
- Competence in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, tracking, and SEO
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle segment
- Understanding of e-commerce key metrics: ROAS, LTV, AOV, CPA, churn, etc.

Location & Application process
This is a full-time position based in the office in Handen and a subsidiary in India, which means that travel will be required. You will work in an international environment with partners in different markets, where an open attitude towards cultural differences and an understanding of working across multiple time zones is important.
