The work will be done closely with project managers and project owners and in dialogue with the region, the Swedish Transport Administration, and neighboring municipalities.

The major infrastructure projects currently underway in the municipality are Spårväg syd (part of the Sweden Negotiation), Tvärförbindelse Södertörn, traffic junction Högskolan, and Bytespunkt Flemingsberg, including planning for a lowering of the state road 226. Furthermore, work is ongoing with planning and implementation in some of the municipality's development areas such as Flemingsberg, Loviseberg, Kungens kurva, Vårby, Skogås, and Trångsund.
