Staff Member in the Staffing Pool

As a staff member in the staffing pool, you will work within our operations; elderly care, home care, housing with special services, daily activities, personal assistance, and short-term care for children and young people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want flexible, exciting, and developing workdays? As a nursing assistant with us, you will have a permanent position in the health and care sector's staffing pool, with the entire sector as your workplace. Working as a staff member in the staffing pool means a great variety, both in terms of workplace and job tasks. Your role involves replacing another staff member during their absence, and the content of the work depends on where you are placed for the day.

You will work both within the elderly care department (home care, nursing homes) and within the disability department (housing with special services, personal assistance, and short-term care for children). Working in the staffing pool means being flexible regarding working hours and workplaces, as you work across operational areas.

Pool staff cover absences during the day, evening, and night. Working hours are scheduled with shifts every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a recognized high school education from the health and care program or another equivalent education. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage. We would like you to have training and/or experience from working with the individual's needs in focus, IBIC.

To succeed in this role, you should be flexible in your approach and enjoy that one day is not like the other. You have an easy time creating new relationships and have a good ability to move in and out of different operations. You are a responsible and service-oriented person who puts the individual's needs at the center.

You need to be able to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish as the job involves many contacts and documentation. Since Skövde Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, it is extra beneficial if you speak Finnish. We expect you to be computer literate and preferably have experience with social documentation.

To work within all the sector's operations, it is a requirement that you can cycle and have a driver's license and access to your own car.

Upon employment, a criminal record extract from the police must be presented.
