About the position

At Olivia, we are looking for 4 personal assistants who want to work part-time with our male client living in Nödinge (Gothenburg).

The client is only seeking female assistants.

Working hours are varied during weekdays and weekends:

• 15:45 - 08:15 (3 hours of waiting time)

• 08:15 - 08:15 weekends (3 hours of waiting time)

• 13:45 - 08:15 Friday (3 hours of waiting time)

Start date is by agreement, and we would like to see you start training immediately.

About the client

The client is a man in his 45s with an interest in going to restaurants and having coffee. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has autism, cerebral palsy, and developmental disabilities. He has no verbal speech and communicates with his own signs.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Motivating and redirecting

Are you the one the client is looking for?

We are looking for someone who is attentive, responsible, and calm. You have a good sense of touch and can easily read and redirect situations. You are an empathetic person and can easily put yourself in others' life situations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Professional experience with the client's disabilities

• Driver's license and access to a car to drive the client to activities.

• Professional experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care

• Healthcare education or equivalent

Employment degree: 1 position 70% 1 position 50%.

Start date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
