Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a cheerful and active young man in his 20s. He enjoys being outdoors, engaging in activities, and leads an active life. During weekdays, he attends a daily activity center and brings his personal assistant along. He lives in his own apartment in Trollhättan.

The client has a disability and requires assistance with all ADL tasks and uses a wheelchair. As an assistant, you will support him in his daily life to create security, participation, and a meaningful existence.

Qualifications/Requirements for the Assistant:

We are now looking for an assistant who enjoys being outdoors and staying active. Experience in personal assistance is a plus, but personal suitability is more important. A driver's license and swimming ability are required.

About the Position:

We are seeking a personal assistant who can work approximately 80%. Shifts are scheduled between 07:00-18:15 and 18:00-07:15 with 4.5 hours of waiting time during the night. Some shorter shifts may also occur during the week. The position involves evening and night shifts, including waiting time.

We have a collective agreement and offer a generous wellness allowance of up to 4000 SEK/year as well as ongoing training.

• A Swedish citizen can be verified with a passport or a personal certificate from the Tax Agency.
