ABOUT THE POSITION

Kura Omsorg is now seeking an engaged personal assistant for our client residing in Götene. The position is a temporary contract starting in March, and we hope you can start immediately. Initially, you will work as a substitute, and then in March, you will increase your working hours to approximately 80–100%.

As a personal assistant to our client, you will work day shifts from 09:00 to 09:00, with waiting time applied during the night. Start date and introduction will be agreed upon, and we hope you can begin the introduction as soon as possible.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a calm, kind, and humorous woman in her 30s with a twinkle in her eye. She has a great interest in animals, especially horses and dogs, and spends a lot of time in the stable. There is also a dog in the household. She enjoys being creative and crafting, often engaging in various creative activities.

The client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and autism. She usually walks independently but uses a wheelchair when needed. She can manage a lot on her own but sometimes needs support, structure, and a friendly nudge in her daily life.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is patient, calm, and creative, and who can maintain a stable demeanor even in more stressful situations. You have the ability to make decisions and work independently while being able to plan and create structure to provide the client with a safe and predictable daily life.

The work involves support in all aspects of daily life, such as training, personal hygiene, cooking, and household chores. Routines and trust are therefore important parts of the assignment. We place great emphasis on personal chemistry and a warm approach. Experience with epilepsy and other diagnoses is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have common sense, genuine commitment, and a good sense of humor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Not allergic to pets

• Non-smoker

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

MERITS

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
