HVB Duramother is now seeking treatment staff. Among our employees, there are various

competencies and extensive experience in working with destructiveness, criminality,

substance abuse, and mental health issues.

a therapist, you play an important role in supporting people towards a

more independent life with great respect for the individual's right to self-determination.

Your tasks primarily include individual and group-based therapeutic and

motivational conversations for individuals with various types of criminal thought patterns,

aggression issues, and substance abuse problems. You will also be part of a

treatment team consisting of the operational manager, head of operations,

treatment coordinator, and contact persons. Supervision by a therapist is included.

Qualifications

If you believe you can contribute to developing the best care, support, and accommodation, please reach out. We only hire individuals with, according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's own

definition, adequate education. For us, this means at least 2 years of post-secondary

education with a focus suitable for the purpose. In our case, this focus can be

substance abuse and social issues or similar.

We are happy to hire social workers and behavioral scientists. We set high standards for personal

suitability, and once educational requirements are met, a competency-based

recruitment process will begin. We require a strong commitment, drive, self-sufficiency, and

self-awareness/self-distance.

You have basic psychotherapy training in CBT equivalent to step 1. ART, KSL,

RePulse, MI, Solution Focused or similar methodologies/influence program methods are

an advantage. You should also have knowledge of and a genuine interest in people

with various types of mental illnesses and/or substance abuse. It is a plus if you

have previously worked in psychiatry or have other further education.

Computer skills are a requirement.
