We are looking for both male and female personal assistants who can step in during short-term absences and illness. The work takes place with a female client who requires round-the-clock assistance, and we are seeking individuals who can work night shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

Is attentive and enjoys working with people who need support in their daily lives.

Previous experience as an assistant and/or nursing assistant is an advantage but not a requirement.

Speaks and understands Swedish fluently.

Personal chemistry is of great importance and will be prioritized over previous experience.

Job Responsibilities

You will be the client's extended arm in daily life, where tasks vary and include everything related to an active and independent life. The client needs help with both practical and social tasks at home and in daily life.

Additional Information

We are looking for hourly substitutes who can be available for quick shifts and who are flexible in their working hours.
